Congratulations to the Arena Health and Fitness Club, part of the 4* Grand Hotel, on receiving the White Flag at the I.L.A.M. National Conference held in the 4* Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort, Co. Carlow on Thursday, 13th October 2011.
