The Broadmeadows Liaison Group is formed under the auspices of the Malahide Chamber of Commerce who are the central contact point. The group itself consists of representatives of all the professional sailing organisations, the Yacht Club, Sea Scouts, environmental groups, Malahide Marina and general business interests in Malahide.
Objectives:
1. Ensure that the inner estuary is protected during renewal work to the Railway bridge.
2. Ensure our interests are represented to and recognised by Iarnród Éireann and any other bodies involved in the forthcoming works.
3. Ensure the conservation of the natural habitat in this high amenity are protected.
4. Assist in the speedy restoration of rail services.
