On the May bank holiday weekend, 2nd to 4th May 2009, the students from Coláiste Dhúlaigh and Malahide Yacht Club @ Broadmeadows Estuary will host the 2009 Fleadh Sheoil na hÉireann / 2009 Windsurfing Festival of Ireland. This is the third year for the event to be run in Malahide. Competitors are welcome from overseas, and tuition will be provided for all levels at a greatly discounted rate for the weekend. Malahide Tidy Towns Volunteers Urgently Needed!
The 2009 Tidy Towns competition is now underway and the Tidy Towns Committee urgently seek volunteers. We're looking for people to give a little time to help with general cleaning, some planting, weeding etc. All offers of help are welcome, as are donations including plants, compost, gloves - in fact anything to help make our job easier!
